About The Position

Osprey Organics is hiring Harvesting Labourers (NOC 85101) for full-time, permanent positions on their organic farm in Woodstock. This role supports daily operations and is suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous farm experience is an asset
• Experience with equipment such as forklifts, loaders, skid steers, farm trucks, and hand tools is an asset

Responsibilities

• Harvest crops and examine produce for quality and market readiness
• Cultivate crops, including work on vertical farming systems
• Monitor water saturation, light, and temperature as instructed
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
• Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areas
• Clean greenhouses and maintain general farm cleanliness
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Detect crop health issues and report concerns
• Organize planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities
• Maintain basic daily progress reports
• Perform general farm duties as required
