About The Position

This position is for general Live Hang labor on the 1st shift. Applicants will be considered for any general Live Hang labor type opening on this shift. The role requires the ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. The job involves standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. The work environment can be dusty, cold, damp, hot, and humid, with slippery surfaces. These are fast-paced positions requiring repetitive motion. Some positions may require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75+ lbs. Successful candidates must abide by animal welfare policies and work around live birds safely and respectfully, maintaining Tyson's safety culture.

Requirements

Must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
If previously employed at Tyson, must have completed a 180-day waiting period before reapplying.
