Harvest Room Labor PR07 (1st Shift)-Broken Bow, OK
About The Position
This position has an Incentive program that will pay an additional $3.00 attainment per hour for all hours worked. Applicants will be considered for any general Live Hang labor type opening on shift posted. Must be available to work overtime and weekends if required. These positions require standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. These positions work in a dusty, cold, damp, hot, and humid environment with slippery surfaces. Jobs are fast-paced and require repetitive motion. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75+ lbs. Selection will be based on seniority. Must abide by animal welfare policies and be able to work around live birds in a safe and respectful manner while maintaining Tyson's safety culture.
Requirements
- Must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
