About The Position

This position is for general Live Hang labor on the 1st shift. Applicants will be considered for any general Live Hang labor type opening on shift posted. The job requires the ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. These positions are fast-paced and require repetitive motion, involving standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. The work environment can be dusty, cold, damp, hot, and humid with slippery surfaces. Some positions require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75+ lbs. Selection will be based on seniority. Candidates must abide by animal welfare policies and be able to work around live birds safely and respectfully, maintaining Tyson's safety culture.
