About The Position
The primary task is to place birds onto shackles throughout the shift. Work environment temperature varies based on the temperature outside. The average temperature is 90 degrees or above. Will rotate to various positions within the department, perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, and work overtime if needed. This is a dusty and noisy work environment. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Requirements

- Ability to catch stray birds.
- Ability to use both hands for lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 6 lbs.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, and stoop.
- Repetitive gripping, pushing, pulling, and bending.
- Frequent overhead work.
