About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor in absences on the line. This position will be utilized to perform a specific mix of jobs due to absenteeism, etc. Successful candidate will need to be willing to be moved to different positions, as needed. Must have good communication skills in order to interact with supervisors as well as hourly Team Members; must be willing to lift, push, pull carry 40 lbs. or more.

Requirements

• B shift position on the Harvest floor.
• Good attendance record (5 point max).
• Good safety record (NO Safety suspensions).
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Currently working at this facility or complex only.
• Must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good communication skills in order to interact with supervisors as well as hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Pulling full count: 2 level A jobs and 1 level B job or 3 level A jobs.
