Tri-Cities Harley Davidson is seeking passionate and skilled Harley Davidson Technicians to join their dynamic team. As a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Requirements

  • Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
  • 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
  • Must own a basic set of mechanics tools
  • Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Harley Davidson motorcycles and other powersports vehicles, including ATVs, and side-by-sides
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
  • Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
