About The Position

The iPhone team is seeking an engineer to design future Apple products. This hardware design position spans the product lifecycle from concept through mass production. The engineer will own the design, integration, and validation of rigid boards, printed flexible circuits, and system-level solutions. The role involves daily collaboration with multifunctional technology teams in a fast-paced environment and may include international travel.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent, and 2 years of industry experience.
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals, including analog and digital design.
• Experience working with dynamic multifunctional teams.

Nice To Haves

• MS in Electrical Engineering or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, or equivalent, with 3–7 years of industry experience.
• High-speed digital design experience.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with hardware bring-up and debugging.
• Fundamentals of signal and power integrity.
• Understanding of low-voltage power regulation solutions.
• Experience integrating hardware into multifunctional systems.
• Use of scripting languages to assist with hardware development.
• Familiarity with the challenges of taking a product from design through production.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
