CA$105,000 - CA$125,000Onsite

About The Position

Miovision is looking for an exceptional Hardware Quality Lead who is passionate about driving quality activities to ensure best in class hardware solutions. This isn't about sitting in the passenger seat. In this role, you will have the freedom and responsibility to test NPI prototypes, debug and develop solutions for issues, and strengthen the Miovision Quality Management System. Because the team is small, we value practical problem solving and taking initiative to ensure that we’re building the right product. We celebrate successes and build team dynamics through everyday interactions, lunches, and social events. In the past, we’ve solved puzzles in escape rooms, enjoyed axe throwing, and basked in the sun on the patio together. If you want to steer real-world impact and help us clear the road for smart city innovation, this is your launchpad. Please Note: This is an on-site opportunity at our HQ in Kitchener, Ontario.
