We’re looking for a Hardware Delivery Manager to join our ever-evolving Hardware team and help shape the future of global commerce. As a Hardware Delivery Manager at Global Payments, you'll play a critical role in turning product vision into reality by driving the successful delivery of complex hardware initiatives from concept through launch. You'll join a collaborative team that partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Supply Chain to bring innovative solutions to market. Working in a dynamic, global environment, you'll influence outcomes, build strong partnerships, and help ensure delivery excellence across every stage of the hardware lifecycle. In this role, you'll drive execution across multiple hardware programs, create alignment across global teams and suppliers, and own visibility into delivery performance. You'll influence decisions, mitigate risks, and help shape the future of commerce by ensuring innovative hardware solutions reach the market with quality, efficiency, and confidence.

Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in program management or delivery roles, with exposure to hardware initiatives.
  • Experience supporting hardware development and launch in outsourced manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (payments, enterprise hardware, or compliance-driven products).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and dependency-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery planning and execution for assigned hardware programs from concept through launch.
  • Partner closely with Hardware Product to translate roadmap intent into executable delivery plans.
  • Track schedules, dependencies, risks, and key milestones across engineering, manufacturing, and compliance workstreams.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Facilitate delivery forums, working sessions, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and visibility of delivery status.
  • Support delivery execution in an outsourced manufacturing environment, working with Asia-based suppliers and partners.
  • Track supplier deliverables, long-lead dependencies, and readiness indicators.
  • Escalate risks and issues through established channels with clear data and recommendations.
  • Identify delivery, supply chain, and compliance risks early.
  • Prepare escalation materials for leadership reviews, including options and mitigation paths.
  • Support recovery planning in the event of supplier, schedule, or readiness issues.
