We’re looking for a driven and innovative Hardware Power Engineer to join our system power hardware design team, developing next‑generation networking platforms. As a Hardware Power Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high‑performance, high‑quality networking products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in systems power design, including integrated circuits and complex electronic systems such as servers, mobile devices, or similar platforms
  • Strong technical foundation in both digital and analog power circuit design
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system‑level issues.
  • Solid knowledge of, and strong interest in, power converter design (single phase POL and multiphase DC-DC), power component selection, power protection circuits, noise mitigation, and power distribution techniques.
  • Practical experience in measuring, testing, and characterizing system power delivery.
  • Proven board‑level design experience using Cadence CAD tools such as OrCAD and Allegro.
  • Proficient in programming and scripting languages including Python, Perl, and MATLAB.

  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to build productive working relationships across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring‑up, debugging, and validation.
  • Work hands‑on with complex, hardware and system power designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.
  • Collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to integrate power deliverables and drive products from concept into production.
  • Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
  • Execute empirical testing and root‑cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
