About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Installer to assemble and install hardware components on metal enclosures. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience who can follow blueprints and ensure high-quality production.
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- High attention to detail and quality
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

- Professional, reliable work ethic
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Install hardware components such as hinges, handles, latches, and brackets on sheet metal products
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and instructions for accurate assembly
- Inspect installations to ensure quality standards and proper fit
- Use measuring tools to verify alignment and placement
- Troubleshoot and correct installation issues as needed
- Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures
