About The Position

The Home Hardware Engineering Program Manager (HW EPM) drives the development of hardware sub-systems for new Home products, typically from architecture definition to mass production. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical depth with program management skills and executive exposure. The Home HW EPM is responsible for leading a broad cross-functional team in developing Home hardware products, leveraging a solid engineering background to recognize, assess, and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. Maintain good communication and provide multiple levels of status to individual contributors and executive management.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering required; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in hardware engineering or operations program management
• Proven ability to effectively manage factory build events and vendor relationships

• Ability to manage complex build matrices and detailed build planning schedules

• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Mechanical design, Software/Firmware, Reliability, and Operations
• Ability to travel internationally to support build events
