About The Position

This role involves managing hardware-related tickets in systems like ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA, providing updates to customers, and planning all phases of hardware projects including scheduling, budgeting, and technical performance. The engineer will conduct reviews of deployment packages, collaborate with systems engineering on hardware drawing packages, and complete documentation for shipping approvals. Responsibilities also include immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of hardware (Break/Fix support), as well as organizing and leading hardware installations across multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
  • Minimum of fourteen (14) years’ experience as a Hardware Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGNIT solutions.

  • JIRA, SNOW, and Nlyte experience (if possible)

Responsibilities

  • Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer
  • Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters
  • Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies
  • Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages
  • Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
  • Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support)
  • Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites
