About The Position
The ISG Thermal Engineering team leads and delivers the development of innovative and compliant thermal design solutions, as well as cross-functional interfaces for AI, Cloud, High Performance Computing (HPC), Edge computing devices and enterprise networking, server and storage products. Our team conducts feasibility studies, testing and analysis of thermal solutions, subassemblies and packaging for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Experience in thermal design solutions.
- Experience with AI, Cloud, High Performance Computing (HPC), Edge computing devices and enterprise networking, server and storage products.
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, testing and analysis of thermal solutions, subassemblies and packaging.
