About The Position

The Hardware Department Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity within the department. Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Vast product knowledge of hardware related products.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
