About The Position

Landscapers Supply, Inc. is seeking a motivated Hardware Customer Service Representative for our Anderson, SC location. This is a part-time position with potential for growth within our fast-growing company, which currently has 8 locations and is expanding. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customers and experience in growing our business. Landscapers Supply is a locally owned, full-service supplier providing hardware, yard materials, and professional-grade power equipment. We have served contractors and homeowners for over 30 years and are known for our knowledgeable team, quality products, and reliable service. Our stores offer a unique blend of commercial-grade power equipment, bulk landscaping materials, a full-service power equipment shop, and a complete line of hardware, affiliated with ACE Hardware and True Value Hardware. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of tools and hardware
• Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers
• Ability to be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to have clear communication with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Greet and listen to customers
• Identify needed products and provide professional solutions
• Check out customers at the cash register
• Contact customers for pickup orders
• Stock, organize and clean the Hardware department
• Complete inventory counts, in-between serving customers
