About The Position

Provide customer service and assist with store upkeep as a part-time Hardware Associate. This role involves interacting with customers, answering product-related questions, and aiding in purchase decisions. You will also be responsible for stocking and organizing store items, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding company values by keeping financial information confidential. Adherence to all safety rules and policies is crucial. This position acts as a representative of the store, requiring exceptional customer service skills, cash handling, and proficiency with Windows-based software. Immediate reporting of any injuries to the Manager is required. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Reports to the hardware manager
• Occasional local travel with company vehicle
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• MUST WORK SOME WEEKENDS
