When Air Force personnel depend on hardware systems like radars, navigation aids, shelters, sensors, electronics, and structural elements, they expect reliability and safe operation in demanding environments. Validating that performance requires hands‑on engineering, disciplined test planning, and the ability to evaluate complex systems throughout their lifecycle. That’s why we need a Test Engineer like you with experience in hardware and systems testing to help assess, verify, and sustain mission‑critical Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATCALS). As a Hardware Test Engineer, you’ll support RDT&E efforts across system, subsystem, and component‑level testing. You’ll develop test strategies, trace engineering requirements, and execute testing involving functional checks, component diagnostics, environmental evaluation, durability testing, and NDI or NDT assessments. You’ll investigate anomalies, participate in failure analyses, and collaborate with government test organizations to document results and validate improvements. Work with us as we help ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems supporting global air operations. Join us. The world can’t wait.
