About The Position

Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced Hardscapes Foreman to lead a talented crew in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves leading hardscape and landscape enhancement projects from start to finish, including building retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other landscape features. The position requires operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks, as well as performing planting, pruning, mulching, and landscape maintenance. The foreman will also install and maintain landscape lighting, tear out existing features, and rebuild them. A key aspect of the role is ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail, while also working directly with customers in a professional and friendly manner. The foreman will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating crew members.

Requirements

• Hardscape/construction experience required
• Strong knowledge of plants and landscape maintenance
• Clean driving record and background
• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects

• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership skills

Responsibilities
