About The Position

Delta Workforce is looking to hire a hardscape technician in Wauwatosa! A skilled Hardscape Technician installs, repairs, and maintains outdoor hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and driveways using materials like pavers, concrete, natural stone, and brick.

Requirements

• Skilled in installing, repairing, and maintaining outdoor hardscape features (patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, driveways).
• Experience with materials such as pavers, concrete, natural stone, and brick.
• Ability to prepare job sites by excavating, grading, and installing base materials.
• Proficiency in installing interlocking pavers, natural stone, concrete, and retaining wall systems.
• Experience operating heavy equipment including skid steers, plate compactors, saws, and other power tools.
• Ability to perform quality checks, make adjustments, and complete final grading and cleanup.
• Experience conducting repairs and maintenance on existing hardscapes.
• Adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites by excavating, grading, and installing proper base materials to ensure long-term stability and drainage.
• Install interlocking pavers, natural stone, concrete, and retaining wall systems according to design plans and specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, plate compactors, saws, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks, make adjustments, and complete final grading and cleanup to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing hardscapes while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
