About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented professional to join our team as a Hardscape & Masonry Foreman. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and delivering high-quality outdoor construction projects. You will oversee and execute hardscape and masonry installations while working closely with the Landscape Division Supervisor. This position is responsible for leading a crew, maintaining job site efficiency, and upholding company standards for quality and safety.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow directions and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude
• Dependable, respectful, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Hardscape and masonry installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls, etc.)
• Landscape plantings and site finishing as needed
• Operating heavy equipment such as skid steers (Bobcats) and excavators
• Leading and managing a crew to complete projects on time and to standard
• Communicating effectively with crew members, clients, and supervisors
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
• Handling tools and small equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing routine maintenance on the tools and equipment using hand tools and small equipment
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company safety protocols
