About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more under the direct supervision of a Foreman.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or landscape experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, seating walls, outdoor kitchens, and other hardscape features
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Follow direction from the Foreman, adhere to project plans, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
