About The Position
Kirkwood Home & Landscape is hiring a full-time Hardscape Crew Member in St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves building and installing paver walkways and patios, retaining walls, water management systems, and other outdoor construction features. The crew member operates hardscaping equipment, assists with site preparation, moves materials, and helps complete projects safely and efficiently. The work is outdoors, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hardscaping experience.
- At least 2 years of experience operating hardscaping equipment, including a skid steer and mini excavator.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work.
- Reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscape construction, masonry, concrete, carpentry, or outdoor construction experience.
