About The Position

The Hardscape Crew Leader role is a distinct leadership path with clear expectations. You are responsible for setting daily production goals, organizing tools/materials, running the schedule, assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, keeping people working efficiently, developing less-experienced laborers, catching errors early, avoiding preventable rework, protecting customer property, keeping Project Managers informed, completing daily logs/photos, and handling field interactions with customers professionally. If you prove your ability to run successful jobs, your career path continues toward Project Manager and Company Leadership.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to safely drive and back up a truck and trailer
Strong outdoor construction experience (hardscaping, concrete, carpentry, excavation, or general construction)
Ability to read plans, measurements, and project details
Lead by setting a positive example, holding crew members accountable, and treating people with respect
Identify problems early and communicate with Project Managers before delays or mistakes happen
Safely operate equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini-excavators)
Take full ownership of your crew's daily output and jobsite safety
Ability to read plans
Plan daily work
Use equipment
Guide your crew to execute quality work safely
