The Hardscape Field Manager is responsible for leading and working alongside a crew of 2-4 team members to complete hardscape projects. This role involves managing daily operations, including reading and interpreting designs, work orders, and blueprints, and ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Field Manager will handle material orders, equipment operation (such as mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, and more), and ensure proper equipment maintenance. The position requires various physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, reaching, grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and handling. Other requirements include talking, hearing, depth perception, manual dexterity, and a wide field of vision. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. The physical demands of this position include being exposed to various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. You will encounter fluctuating weather patterns and work in both wet and dry environments. This role also involves frequent exposure to high noise levels from equipment and machinery, as well as vibrations from the use of power tools.
