Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in flooring installation.
• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
• Possession of personal installation tools.
• Dependable with the ability to adapt to varying project needs.
• Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
• Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured, including proof of Workers' Compensation if you have employees.
• Valid Contracting and Business Licenses as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Expert installation of LVP, Laminate, and Wood flooring materials in various settings.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure top-quality service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
