About The Position
The Happy Valley LaunchBox powered by PNC Bank is seeking to hire an intern to assist with operating its coworking space. This individual will report to the Coworking Manager of the LaunchBox. This is a part-time position responsible for supporting the coworking activities of students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Requirements
- Must be able to work mornings (8:00 AM – Noon)
- Applicants must provide a cover letter and resume
- Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Responsibilities
- Daily walk throughs
- Maintaining inventory for office supplies and promotional materials
- Supporting staff in execution of twice monthly coworking meals
- Assist with maintaining coworking intake form data
- Creating ad-hoc signage to communicate when parts of the LaunchBox will be closed for special events / meetings
- General event and logistics support
Benefits
