About The Position

Hanger Can you cut it with the industry leaders in meat portioning and cooking? We’re always looking for sharp minds and sure hands to join our family business. SUMMARY: Hanger is responsible for picking product, hanging it on the hook conveyor belt and then on the bars, placing it on the mobile racks and transporting the product. Manual work is required and essential. Assists in unloading the product after the cooking process. Hangers must follow all company policies and safety procedures.

  • High school education or up to one-month related experience or training

Responsibilities

  • Be on the workstation ready to work and on time.
  • Good attendance is a must and flexible to working overtime and weekends as required.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work area in compliance with GMP and safety policies.
  • Ability to lift and push heavy loads.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Proper use of the utensils (knife or safety blade)
  • Hang product on the hook conveyor belt and the metal bars according to the customer specifications and unload product.
  • Supplies product to the process flow.
  • Able to perform repetitive task.
  • Other duties as assigned.
