About The Position

This position is responsible for processing salable apparel by categorizing, tagging, sizing, and hanging it onto racks. The role involves assisting with quality control, maintaining accurate production documentation, and transporting hung apparel to the sales floor. The Hanger is expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to safety policies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to keep work area clean, neat, safe and organized.
Ability to categorize and process apparel appropriately (sizing, type, and colorization on rack).
Ability to place all salable apparel in the hang area of the sort table, tag and/or size apparel, and hang apparel onto racks.
Ability to assist with quality control assurance (tears, stains, broken zippers, buttons).
Ability to ensure accurate production documentation.
Ability to transport racks of hung apparel to sales floor.
Ability to assist with apparel rotation and dressing room checks as directed/needed.
Ability to maintain accurate hang count with the goal of 100+ pieces hung/hour.
Ability to maintain processing area and work output in a neat and clean condition at all times.
Adherence to all GGC and personnel policies and procedures.
Follow good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach or ATL.
Perform assigned duties within the framework of Goodwill's Guiding Principles.
Attend in-service related training as assigned by Team Leader Coach.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.
