About The Position
The Handyperson completes assigned preventive and reactive maintenance repairs. This is a good job for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience is required.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of similar work experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform commercial office painting and drywall and wall repairs.
- Install and replace drop ceilings and perform other general maintenance and handyman duties.
- Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on equipment and facilities.
- Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Assist with client, site, or customer emergencies as needed.
