About The Position
The Handyperson completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. The role includes commercial office painting, drywall and wall repairs, drop ceiling installation and replacement, and other general maintenance and handyman duties. The Technician ensures repairs and maintenance to equipment and facilities, responds to spills and other emergency situations by performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary, and assists with client, site, or customer emergencies as needed. ABM describes this as a suitable job for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required. Candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.
