The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set for various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks, demonstrating high craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, a dedicated work ethic, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. As the primary point of contact for customers, the Handyman will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and professionally addressing any concerns. Requirements
- Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.
- Outstanding skills in drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition.
- Worked in residential projects, understand the “white glove” service standard.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years
- Strong problem solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action.
- Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
