About The Position

Attic Projects LLC is seeking a skilled Handyman to join their growing team. This role is crucial for attic and crawl space restoration projects, requiring a broad skill set in repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to working independently and collaboratively. Requirements

Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years).
Strong track record of successful project management.
Outstanding skills in drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition.
Experience in residential projects, understanding the “white glove” service standard.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
A valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must successfully pass a background check, reference check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action.
Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
