About The Position
Calyx Senior Living is actively seeking a practical, hands-on Handyman for our assisted living community, Calyx Living of Wakefield! We are located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh. Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Handyman.
Requirements
- An interest in working with the senior population.
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- Working knowledge of basic construction principles
- Current North Carolina Driver's License Required
Responsibilities
- Solving maintenance and housekeeping challenges
- Upkeep of community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipment
- Ongoing preventative maintenance, routine building safety programs and general work order and task list completion
- On call for after-hours physical plant emergencies
