About The Position
The Handyman performs punch-list work to help finalize remodel projects. Work includes finish carpentry, drywall repair, touch-up painting, electrical and plumbing repairs, fixture replacement, and other project-finishing tasks. The role also includes jobsite cleanup, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. This position is with an independently owned and operated ServiceMaster franchise; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of construction experience, ideally in a specific trade.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Complete punch-list work, including finish carpentry, drywall repair, and touch-up painting.
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs and replace fixtures.
- Complete other tasks needed to finalize remodel projects.
- Clean jobsites with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
