About The Position

This position is for someone who has mechanical and Handyperson skills. Job specifications are as follows Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot: Flooring Carpeting Painting Plastering Drywall Wall coverings Appliances Windows Doors Electrical Domestic water plumbing Sewage plumbing Gas plumbing Boilers Necessary certifications: This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the building’s tenants. Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot flooring, carpeting, painting, plastering, drywall, wall coverings, appliances, windows, doors, electrical systems, domestic water plumbing, sewage plumbing, gas plumbing, and boilers.
• Perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the building’s tenants.
