We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a variety of
maintenance and repair tasks in commercial facilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Basic Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, and minor carpentry
• Handle back plumbing tasks
• Perform minor electrical work
• Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets and appliances
• Assemble furniture and fixtures as needed
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
• Respond to service request in a timely manner
• Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment
