About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Handyman / Safety Inspector to conduct monthly safety inspections at AAA properties and complete maintenance work as needed. Training will be provided. MUST have a SMART PHONE. Any required work orders or repairs outside of inspections will be discussed and paid separately based on job size and scope.
Requirements
- Prior handyman, maintenance, or related experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Perform safety inspections at assigned properties once per month
- Complete each inspection in under one hour
- Identify and report safety or maintenance issues through our Connect team portal
- Perform maintenance or repairs as needed
- Communicate findings and follow-up needs clearly to Connect Teams
