Site Inspector/ Handyman
About The Position
K.Payne Contracting, LLC is seeking a part-time Handyman/Safety Inspector to perform monthly inspections and handle maintenance for AAA properties across 10 locations in the Michigan area. K.Payne Contracting, LLC has been in business since November 2016 and has grown from a small operation to a large team of professionals. Our office, located in north Nashville, serves as the base for our cleaning operations. We are a woman-lead and minority-owned business that fosters a culture of empowerment through recognized accomplishments and constructive development. We work with local veterans agencies and disadvantaged youth programs. We practice a culture of inclusion and ensure all associates, disabled and non-disabled, are fairly compensated and treated equally. Requirements
- Provide credentials and experience.
- Ability to service 10 locations in the Michigan area.
