About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
Responsibilities
- Patching and painting drywall damage
- Replacing light fixtures
- Furniture assembly
- Simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets
