Requirements

• Reliable, respectful, and eager to learn
• Interested in carpentry, painting, or general home repair work
• Comfortable following direction and working as part of a team
• Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Own basic tools or are willing to acquire them over time (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of home repair and maintenance projects
• Prepare job sites, manage clean-up, and organize tools and materials
• Learn proper techniques for working with tools, materials, and customers
• Support home safety modifications and general home care services
• Represent the TruBlue brand with professionalism and a positive, helpful attitude
