About The Position
TruBlue Home Service Ally is a growing home services company providing trusted handyman repairs, home maintenance, remodeling, and safety upgrades to homeowners throughout our community. As part of a national franchise system with more than 120 locations across the country, TruBlue combines the resources of an established brand with the personal service of a locally owned business. We specialize in helping seniors age safely and independently in their homes, while also serving busy families and homeowners who need dependable, professional help caring for their homes. We're looking for a Handyman / Home Service Technician Assistant who is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and interested in developing real skills in the home services industry. You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and improvement projects
- Help prepare work areas and organize tools and materials
- Assist with demolition, installation, painting, repairs, and other project tasks
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Help load, unload, and care for tools and materials
- Assist with home safety and accessibility projects for seniors
- Learn proper techniques for using tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow instructions from experienced technicians and supervisors
- Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
- Represent TruBlue with a positive attitude and willingness to help
