About The Position
Mastria Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and experienced Handyman / Facilities Maintenance team member to help maintain our dealership locations and facilities. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable handling a variety of general maintenance and repair projects.
Requirements
- Previous handyman, property maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred
- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on assignments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working with tools
Responsibilities
- Perform general building repairs and routine maintenance
- Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and patching projects
- Handle basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
- Repair doors, locks, shelving, cabinetry, and other facility items
- Assemble and install furniture, equipment, signage, and fixtures
- Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Assist with preventative maintenance throughout our properties
- Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas
- Respond to maintenance needs across dealership locations as assigned
