About The Position
We are seeking a responsible individual with hands-on experience in residential maintenance and general building upkeep to ensure residential facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of routine maintenance tasks including general repairs, sanitation and waste disposal, and day-to-day upkeep.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, identify maintenance needs.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid NY or NJ driver’s license and own vehicle required for daily work.
- Ability and willingness to drive an agency van as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and plastering is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure residential facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Handle a variety of routine maintenance tasks including general repairs, sanitation and waste disposal, and day-to-day upkeep.
- Respond to repair and upkeep requests in a timely and professional manner.
