About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building customer relationships, assisting with merchandise selection, making product recommendations, and processing transactions. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The Sales Associate helps create a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, accept feedback, and develop product knowledge and selling skills; stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
