Requirements
- Pass a respirator fit test/physical for a half mask respirator
- Lift, stand and be mobile during entire shift
- Cannot be color blind
- Reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull up to 30lbs.
- Work effectively with employees.
- Possess accurate visual focus, field of vision, color vision.
- Read, write and speak the English language.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and when appropriate, participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product
- Experienced in hand spraying materials using a steady and even motion
- Quality driven
- Knowledgeable of hand spraying equipment and the necessary techniques required to operate and adjust equipment
- Ability to measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board
- Occasionally will be required to lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product
- Follow safety procedures in handling stain
- Wear required PPE: Respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield when required, hearing protection if required in work area and others as required
- Assist in other work areas as needed
- All other duties, as required
