About The Position

The Hand Finisher will be responsible for hand finishing a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace and semiconductor industries. This role involves using hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing.

Requirements

• Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools, including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power)
• Knowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenches, helicoil, keensert, and Lee plug installation tools
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Steady hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to twist/turn upper body as required
• Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Nice To Haves

• 0–3 years of hand finishing experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend English preferred
