About The Position

SeaWorld Orlando is seeking talented male and female performers, movers, dancers, and actors to portray Halloween characters for the kid-friendly event: Spooktacular. Offerings within this event include meet-and-greets, dance parties, and choreographed shows. Characters appear before guests to sign autographs and pose for pictures, creating memorable moments for guests of all ages. Some characters are also required to learn choreography. Requirements

• Must complete an application.
• Must attend the audition.
• Must bring a headshot and resume.
• Must wear clothing you can move in.
• Must wear close-toed dance or athletic shoes.
• Must bring water.
• Must be available at least two days a week Friday – Sunday during the event dates (August 29th – November 1st, 2026).
• Must be available for rehearsals in August.

Responsibilities

• Portray Halloween characters for the kid-friendly event: Spooktacular.
• Participate in meet-and-greets, dance parties, and choreographed shows.
• Appear before guests to sign autographs and pose for pictures.
• Learn choreography for certain roles.
• Animate and learn choreography if interested in mover or dancer roles.
• Animate and be given a side to resight if interested in character or host roles.
