About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will independently service Hallmark departments in assigned retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You will showcase organization and time-management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark while coordinating with local store teams to improve product placement and maintain inventory. You may also support other team members with seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with products from other companies in the stores you service. The role includes day-to-day restocking, organizing, and monitoring Hallmark products and displays, using a Hallmark-provided mobile device for work tasks and communication. Seasonal demand brings additional workdays and extended hours around major holidays. Department reset assignments may involve building or installing fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections; remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance. The position averages 10–15 hours per week on a variable work-week schedule. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Paid training is provided through hands-on instruction and virtual classroom training.
